BYO BeveragesA rare opportunity exists for function organisers to supply alcohol on a BYO basis.
Function organisers may supply to the venue any alcoholic beverages for any booked event at a cost of $3.00 per person corkage charge. Subject to final numbers within a function booking, glassware may need to be hired at an additional cost. Quote can be provided on request.
All non alcoholic beverages are sold at the venue on a consumption basis and will be billed to the function organizer at the conclusion of the event.

Celebration cake cakeage charge $2.00 per person.
No food or beverage of any kind is permitted to be brought in to Lo Quay with the exception of alcoholic beverages (supplied by the function organizer only) and a celebration cake.
Permit required if lawn areas being used.
Lo Quay Café is available from 5.30pm - 12.00 midnight for evening functions.
Ceremonies may be held on adjacent lawn areas with approval from City of Canning.
Linen hire additional (if required).
Glassware hire additional (charged at cost).
Music system available for use.
Decorations are permitted on consultation with event manager. Please note no table scatters or confetti are permitted at any time.
Should you wish to confirm a function booking with us we require a $1000.00 deposit.
Please note prices are quoted subject to availability of produce and may be reviewed at any time.
Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the function with minimum charge being 50 people.
Final payment is billed 7 days prior to event and must be paid in full at that time. No refunds apply after that time due to unexpected reduction in guest numbers or no shows on the day.
Cancellations with less than 4 weeks notice will forfeit deposit, cancellations with more that 4 weeks notice may transfer to an alternative date.
Deposit is refunded in the week following event less any charges.
Credit card payments will incur a 1.95% surcharge.
